    我不是故意要非主流+鱼头汤/鱼香茄子大成功

    多谢各位捧场,一直是个懒散的人,大家还愿意听我念叨生活琐事真的很高兴。
    To 史若愚&郝当当:谢谢你们指出我论点站不住脚的地方,我的确对地理和农业知识了解不多,就好像装作内行夸夸其谈的确有些不妥。下次一定多做功课再立论。
    To 小白:是很难,不过再难也慢慢啃下来了,现在反而觉得很庆幸学了,感觉知识体系当中原本缺掉的一块终于补起来了。
    To 高悦:多谢夸奖,只是写论文写烦了随便唠嗑一下。不知道你现在还好么?
    To 顺遥:是啊,去年开始就自己带便当啦,累是累一点,哪能和学校食堂比啊,不过也习惯啦。排骨要生得腌呀,熟了之后就没办法入味啦~你怎么样?爱尔兰(我没记错吧?)很冷吗现在?

    另外独家发布最新消息,我剪了一个非主流的头(不是故意的>_< 千里迢迢跑去马里兰的台湾人开的理发店,自己立场不够坚定的下场就是被对手牵着鼻子走,结果大变样了出来,现在还努力的适应中),第二天到学校系里连个管钥匙的大叔都朝我嫣然一笑说“by the way, i like your hair cut!”,所有人见到我第一句话就是头发剪得真不错啊blah blah blah,不知道是真心的还是和他们说“how are you”一样有口无心……希望刘海再长一点就能拨回到正常角度去了……

    另外,终于做出了白色的鱼头汤,和看起来浓油赤酱的鱼香茄子煲。小小透露一下秘诀:鱼头一定要用油煎两面焦黄才能加水煮,才能变白哦。鱼香茄子就更加奥妙了,首先要把茄子切好用盐水腌一会,然后沥干直接放到热锅里,不要放油 , 等到茄子干煸的软软的时候拿出来,再加一点油,爆香葱姜蒜末,把肉糜放下去炒一下,然后再把茄子放进去,这样茄子就不会吸很多油,但是有很软很好吃。最后最重要的就是调味啊,基本上我就是以做实验的态度摸索optimal protocol啊,基本配置就是料酒,醋,糖,老抽,生抽,甜面酱,淀粉,比例随意,额外的调料随意,最终就是本帮菜浓油赤酱的派头啦。很喜欢很喜欢吃茄子的人,生平第一次作出色相很好看,又不咸得要死的茄子来,自给自足的幸福生活从此开始啦。

    (摆个非主流的造型,可是我不会火星文啊:P)

    造型我一下子就适应了~~~鱼头汤好像我老妈说过用热水(我么记清楚,大概是热水吧,应为一般人可能从冷水开始煮)煮的话就是白色的了,好像还有人是加牛奶的。。。对烹饪一窍不通的飘过。。。看着鱼香茄子煲,我饿了。。。

    果然有点非主流,差点没认出来。。。 不过菜烧的的确不错哦。 另外,鱼头汤的话要烧得白,除了想要煎成两面金黄,加水的时候一定要用滚烫的开水哦
